By accessing or using the GLŌBA platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GLŌBA is a demand-aggregation platform that enables fans to place refundable pledges to express interest in live events. GLŌBA is not a ticket vendor, event organiser, or promoter. We facilitate the connection between verified fan demand and the promoters and artists who act on that demand.
A pledge is a conditional, refundable authorisation of payment. Placing a pledge does not guarantee a show will take place. A pledge converts to a ticket purchase only when a confirmed show date is announced for the pledged city. If no date is confirmed, your pledge is released in full. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@globa.agency if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content on the GLŌBA platform — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to GLŌBA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
GLŌBA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including the cancellation of events or failure of a city to reach its pledge threshold. Our liability is limited to the amount of any pledge you placed that was incorrectly charged and not refunded.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
