Pledge Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

GLOBA ATELIER LIMITED ("GLOBA", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 818142. We operate a demand-first touring platform at globa.agency that connects Southern African artists with European audiences through verified fan demand.

2. What a Pledge Is

A pledge is a refundable €1 deposit that signals your demand for a live show in a specific city. By placing a pledge you are:

• Indicating you want to attend a show by the selected artist in your selected city
• Contributing to the demand threshold required to confirm that show
• Securing your place in the 48-hour early ticket access window if the show is confirmed

A pledge is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry to any event.

3. The Demand Threshold

Each city has a minimum pledge threshold. Once that threshold is reached, GLOBA begins the process of confirming the show — sourcing a promoter, securing a venue, and locking in the artist.

If the threshold is not reached within the campaign period, the show does not proceed and all pledges for that city are refunded in full.

4. Payment

Pledges are processed securely via Stripe. By placing a pledge you authorise GLOBA to charge €1 to your payment method at the time of pledge.

GLOBA does not store your card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund of your €1 pledge in the following circumstances:

• The demand threshold for your city is not reached within the campaign period
• The show is cancelled after being confirmed
• You request a refund before the show is confirmed

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Once a show is confirmed and tickets are purchased, the €1 pledge amount is non-refundable. Ticket refunds are governed by the ticket terms at point of purchase.

6. Early Ticket Access

When a show is confirmed, pledgers receive exclusive 48-hour early access to purchase tickets before they go on general sale. You will be notified via the email address used at pledge.

Early access tickets are available at the Early Bird price tier while stocks last. GLOBA does not guarantee ticket availability during the early access window.

7. Your Data

By placing a pledge you consent to GLOBA storing and using your email address and pledge details to:

• Communicate campaign updates for your selected city and artist
• Notify you of ticket availability and show confirmations
• Send post-show communications

We will not sell your data to third parties. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time via the link in any email we send you.

8. No Guarantee of Show

Placing a pledge does not guarantee that a show will take place. GLOBA will only confirm a show once the demand threshold is reached and all operational requirements (venue, artist availability, promoter) are met.

GLOBA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a confirmed show due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: artist cancellation, venue unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, pledgers and ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be processed.

9. Amendments

GLOBA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to pledgers via email. Continued participation in the pledge system after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
